Join Friends of Kids with Cancer for a show “where stories bloom” at the 31st Annual Fashion Show & Boutique. This truly unique fundraiser treats childhood cancer patients to the red-carpet lifestyle for a day, as they dance down the runway feeling fairytale glitz and glamour at two fashion shows on Thursday, November 6, at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.
Guests are invited to attend this luxurious, gala-like fundraiser, featuring opportunities to shop the boutique of St. Louis retailers, savor gourmet cocktails, enjoy a fine meal, win exclusive and exciting auction items and raffles, and witness thirty patient models feeling their best on the runway.
Spend an inspiring extended lunch hour by purchasing a full table at the Luncheon Program, which includes boutique shopping beginning at 10 a.m., signature libation, gourmet lunch, runway show, special luncheon raffles, silent auction, and cash bar options. The Luncheon Show is perfect for ladies who lunch, colleagues, businesses, and those who enjoy daytime fun.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., guests enjoy boutique shopping, an open bar, a gourmet dinner, a runway show, raffles, a silent auction, and a live auction. Guests may also enhance their Dinner Program experience with the VIP Rooftop Solarium upgrade, which includes an open bar with signature cocktails, live entertainment, music, and the opportunity to mingle with major donors and high-profile guests before the runway show.
The event isn’t only an inspiring experience for ticket holders. It’s also a once-in-a-lifetime experience for pediatric cancer patients ages 5-25 to receive professional hair and makeup services, dress in the latest fashions from retail partners like Dillard’s–Galleria, receive custom gifts, and a 2-night stay for their family at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Each of these extraordinary models is partnered with a celebrity guest or local caregiving hero as they walk the runway during the luncheon and dinner programs.
With the help of sponsors and ticket holders, Friends of Kids with Cancer raises funds through this event to support the St. Louis charity’s educational, emotional, and recreational programs, offered at no cost to families. This beautiful celebration in honor of these children provides necessary funding for the charity’s everyday support of children with cancer and their families.
