Volunteer Job Descriptions

AUCTION ATTENDANT Assist guests with online bidding & assist staff with issuing winning items

BALLROOM ATTENDANT Usher event guests to assigned tables & assist auctioneer in spotting bid numbers

GUEST CHECK-IN Check in event guests with an iPad

MEAL ROOM ATTENDANT Assist with set-up & clean-up in model & volunteer meal rooms

RAFFLE SALES Sell raffle tickets with an iPad

VIP CHECK-IN Check in VIP guests with an iPad

Check all the tasks & shifts that interest you.

Assignments will be based on event needs, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

If you choose shifts at both shows, you will be scheduled a full day.

Luncheon ShowMeal Room, 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.Ballroom Attendant, 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner ShowGuest Check-In, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.Ballroom Attendant, 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.Auction Attendant, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.Event Clean-Up, 8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
