Volunteer Job Descriptions
Greeter: Greet & direct golfers & volunteers as they arrive.
Registration: Check in guests or distribute golf jackets.
Deal or No Deal Game Sales: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Sit at designated Deal or No Deal hole on the course and sell game chances using an iPad.
Volunteer Escort: Transport volunteers to & from assigned stations on the course. MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DRIVING GOLF CARTS & NATIVATING COURSES.
Hole-in-One Watcher: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Monitor a designated hole on the course and act as witness if a hole-in-one is made.
Photobooth Assistant: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Assist the course photographer and record names of players as photos are taken.
Snack Station: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Serve popcorn, ice cream, and other treats at the snack station.
Raffle Sales: Morning, Afternoon, & Evening Shifts | Sell 50/50 and Barrel of Booze raffle tickets using an iPad.
Takedown/Cleanup: Afternoon & Evening Shifts | Assist with takedown of course tents and signing at the end of the tournament. Assist with cleanup of dining and auction rooms at the end of the night.
Auction Attendant: Evening Shifts | Monitor a section of the dining room during the oral auction to assist the auctioneer with identifying new bids and provide support to bidders in the silent auction room.
Wine Server: Evening Shifts | Serve wine during the dinner and auction.
