Volunteer Job Descriptions
Greeter: Greet and direct golfers & volunteers as they arrive.
Registration: Check in guests or distribute golf jackets.
Deal or No Deal Game Sales: Sit at designated Deal or No Deal tee and sell game chances with an iPad.
Course Runner: Transport volunteers to & from assigned stations on the course and deliver volunteer lunches. MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DRIVING GOLF CARTS & NATIVATING COURSES.
Hole-in-One Watcher: Monitor a designated hole on the course and act as witness if a hole-in-one is made.
Photobooth Attendant: Monitor the on-course photobooth, assist users, & record player names.
Snack Station: Serve popcorn, ice cream, and other treats.
Raffle Sales: Sell 50/50 and Barrel of Booze raffle tickets with an iPad.
Course Cleanup: Assist with takedown of course tents and signing at the end of the tournament.
Auction Attendant: Assign bid numbers to guests for the live auction with iPad.
Wine Server: Serve wine during the dinner and auction.
