Volunteers under the age of 16 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

Choose all volunteer tasks you are interested in performing.

Tasks will be assigned based on event needs, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Set Up Assist with event set-up by unloading vehicles, setting up the bar, games, raffle tables, etc.

Bartender Serve free water, soda, beer, and wine.

Game Sales Sell chances to win prizes through games like Balloon Pop, Duck Race, & Lucky Card.

Guest Check-In Check in guests & direct to assigned tables

Raffle Sales Sell chances to win prizes through 50/50, Barrel of Booze, & basket raffles.

Table Runner Tend to assigned tables by taking drink orders, collecting answer sheets, etc.

Trivia Judge Review answer sheets & score accordingly.
