Volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteer Task Descriptions

SET-UP, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Unload supplies & set up tables, chairs, auctions, etc.

REGISTRATION, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check in event guests with an iPad

RAFFLE SALES, 4:15 - 7:30 p.m. Sell tickets for 50/50 & Barrel of Booze raffles using an iPad

PARKING ATTENDANT, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Direct guests to where to park

FOOD SERVER, 4:30 - 8:00 p.m. Assist local restaurant vendors with preparing food and serving guests

ART AUCTION, 4:45 - 8:30 p.m. Monitor a section of the art auction, greet guests, & assist with online bidding.

SILENT AUCTION, 4:45 - 8:30 p.m. Monitor a section of the silent auction & assist guests with online bidding

BUSSER, 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Help keep our event clean and clear of clutter by removing plates, cups, and miscellaneous trash around the venue.

TAKEDOWN, 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. Break down tables and chairs, and help load supplies
